Samsung Galaxy SIII sells more than iPhone 4S in the United States and confirmed the best selling smartphone

Since its debut in October 2011, iPhone 4S has always been a reference point for sale on the U.S. market is not under contract through mobile operators and has long been the best-selling device in the area.

With the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy SIII and sale open to all 4 major U.S. carriers in Q3 2012, also because of the expectation of the users of the new iPhone 5 , the market share of Apple has lost ground to Android.
The real challenge will come alive only from the first days of October, when Apple has also launched the new iPhone 5 and Samsung will have its still the excellent Samsung Galaxy SIII supported by Galaxy Note 2 that complement the range of high-end smartphones. According to analyst Michael Walkley of Canaccord Genuity, the current top range of the Korean sells more than iPhone 4S confirming the best selling smartphone in the United States. We'll see how he can maintain his position in the next few weeks even though the Galaxy SIII in America is unlikely that the new iPhone will sell little since its debut.

HTC One X: new "unofficial" upgrading about Jelly Bean

HTC has not yet expressed a detailed description of the procedure to update the current top of the range smartphone HTC One. After the presentation of the new release of the Android operating system, HTC had confirmed the general project update HTC One X and S to Android 4.1 JB , without, however, communicate more precise details about it. In the past few hours, the community of independent developers at XDA has been undertaken to investigate a RUU file, recently deployed in the network, which appears to refer to a test version of the ROM with Android 4.1 and Sense 4.5.

The RUU was put initially available to the users of the community, to then be removed upon request of the known member of XDA, football. We anticipate that those who managed to make the download did not bring to fruition the upgrade of the terminal. The theories advanced is that we can deal with one zip corrupt or of an original file that presents, however, the blocks during the extraction phase.

Although, for the moment, hopes to try right now the latest version of the Android system with an original ROM from HTC have been disregarded, it is encouraging to see that something is actually moving. The Taiwanese manufacturer seems to be working hard to make available the latest release of Android that would bring, among other things, the new 3.0 kernel. Safe to assume that, before long, you may be issued a new leaked based with one of the test versions of official Jelly Bean HTC One X. For more information about the file become the subject of rumors of the past few hours, please consult the official topic available at XDA
