Xbox 720: Official launch expected in November 2013

According to the latest rumors, Microsoft had planned to launch the third generation of its most popular gaming consoles and more (Xbox 720) before the holiday season of next year, around November 2013. On Monday, the  Los Angeles Times spoke of a contract between the note home games developer Activision, the U.S. software company producing video games (most famously, HALO), part of the Microsoft Game Studios.

The two companies are currently working on a new Massively Multiplayer Online called Destiny , an FPS (first person shooter)-themed fiction, for this new series that will replace the classic Halo is already well under 4 titles. Some findings from this contract between the two sides revealed that this title will be out before Christmas next year and will be launched exclusively for the Xbox 360 and the next generation consoles with precisely defined as the Xbox 720.

This information goes directly to contradict the earlier rumors that they wanted a new "Xbox lite" based on ARM architecture because of the end of next year. The end of this console generation is getting closer and the enormous hype that is going up around these products by the most hardcore gamers, but for now we just have to wait for the next "indiscretion".

Skype for Xbox: work in progress

The technological world was stunned last year when Microsoft has shelled out the hefty sum of $ 8.5 billion to buy Skype , the popular VoIP client. After the acquisition, the company Steve Ballmer has clearly tried to implement the Skype software for all its devices Microsoft, and according to a job listing posted on the official Microsoft site was unveiled a project for porting Skype on Xbox.
Then Skype will be available with Xbox 360 , confirmed by the fact that Redmond is looking for a Engineering Manager for the area Xbox-Sky for example. According to the announcement, the figure should be placed in the Microsoft office in London to coordinate the development team. From rumors of the network, it is expected that Skype will use the camera for Xbox Kinect to allow both video calls.
Obviously the news was not official and confirmed by Microsoft, and you do not know yet on a possible launch. To tell the truth might be that Skype for the Xbox will light only with the next-generation Xbox 720 . We just have to wait for more information about it. Certainly the idea of calling the video shown on TV and sitting comfortably at home puts a little in my mouth watering at all.
