The expert believes that using a device of its own production, the software giant expects to generate sales WP-devices from other manufacturers. In other words, using the new corporation will unwind its new mobile operating system.

"Our sources in the industry told us that Microsoft is now able to work with contract manufacturers on a project to release its own smartphone based on Windows Phone 8 - Sherland said. - It is unclear whether they are ready hardware platform on which Microsoft plans to release just a branded product, or on a separate machine, which will be released on the market exclusively by Microsoft “.

Rumors about Microsoft Smartphone appeared after the presentation platform Windows Phone 8, and a few days later, after the company unveiled the tablet Surface , whose sales will start later this year.

This release  willbreak the existing business model of Microsoft , according to which the company sells PC makers to license the operating system of Windows, but does not itself engaged in production of computers. Surface is the first computer, which will be sold under the brand name Microsoft.
