Galaxy Nexus Android 4.0.4 would cause problems on some network

Android 4.0.4 was released for several days for all owners of Galaxy Nexus , but according to several reports on various forums it seems that after the upgrade you present some problems of signal coupling network. Specifically, the problem arises when the smartphone is switched into sleep mode and the processor speed drops below a certain threshold even disabling the network signal.
For a subsequent reversal of the normal mode the network is still unreachable the user to make calls and send SMS. The problem can be temporarily solved by setting a minimum speed of the processor clock or totally disabling sleep mode, obviously at the expense of battery backup. Users report that the problem only exists in the build 4.0.4 and returning to the previous Android version 4.0.2 the problem disappears.
