Microsoft found a way by 30% to extend battery life the iPhone and Android-Smartphone

Mobile phone - a constant companion of the modern man. "Smart" Gadgets are not tired to please us with ample opportunities for socializing, learning, entertainment and work. However, in active use, not every mobile companion, especially when it comes to Android-models live up to the evening on a single charge.

 

In the Microsoft developed an application DozyAp, which increases energy efficiency through the Smartphone "smart" switch to the mobile device into a low energy consumption while the system or the program does not use a wireless connection to the Internet. The novelty was presented at an international conference MobiSys 2012 in the UK.

When you create a DozyAp used special algorithms which use different manufacturers smart phones that work with Wi-Fi and 3G. As a result, developers of Microsoft was able to increase the battery life of mobile devices by 30%. Reportedly, the new technology of energy saving can be realized on commercial models from different manufacturers.

To date, the work of modern smartphones in active use is about 1-2 days. It is hoped that in the near future this development will be used in mobile devices. After an additional three to four hours of active use of anyone not seem superfluous.

The new part of Angry Birds will play for the pigs

Sympathetic green pigs in the game Angry Birds gamers will get a chance to take revenge on the evil birds, writes with reference to MIGnews Pocketlint. The new part of the arcade Finnish developers Rovio studio decided to change sides roles: players will help to protect the pig eggs stolen from birds.

 

Compared with the "bird" version of Angry Birds, in fact, the gameplay does not undergo major changes. The new series will include catapults and sign design, made of wood and stone. Green pigs are also divided into several subtypes, each of whom will have their own special abilities. The game pigs will have to use these abilities to withstand the birds on the approach. Other details of the plot are not shown.

Officially, the company Rovio is not stated on the new version. The studio has not commented on this information.

The first part of the game dedicated to the uncompromising opposition of angry birds and green pigs, was released in 2009 for the iPhone. Since then, various episodes of Angry Birds (including the "original" and seasonal versions) have been downloaded more than a billion times. The latest is a series of Angry Birds Space, whose action takes place in outer space.

Angry Birds version is expected before the end of the year, the name of the new part so far kept secret.
