As reported by 9to5Mac , Apple has started training of
personnel support AppleCare concerning the changes and set of new features that
iOS 7 will implement. The report speaks of a training course started during the
last day that will end in the second week of September.
And it is the second week of next month, the most quoted by
the media event for the presentation of new devices Color iPhone (or iPhone
5C?) and iPhone 5S , then the information makes sense in terms of timing,
towards' Apple's intention to provide immediate support to those who nourish
doubts in the use of the new OS. With good chance to upgrade to iOS 7 will be
made available a few days after the Keynote, as usually occurs with the
release of important software updates.
Moreover, it seems that Apple has asked for the availability
of full-time staff currently in part-time, to enter the support team, preparing
themselves adequately to the launch of iOS 7. As mentioned in the article, the
