We've all been waiting for this for a long time and finally waited. AMD announced that the first wave of processors, code-named Bulldozer will go on sale October 12 and will offer customers a series of three models of FX (codenamed Zambezi) - 8-core FX-8150 and FX -8120 and 6-core FX-6100 .
AMD has decided to conduct a competent price policy and offer its flagship FX-8150 for just $ 245, while the model FX-8120 and FX-6100 will be offered for 205 and $ 175 respectively.
Model FX-8150 and FX-8120 operate at 3.6GHz (4.2GGts mode Turbo) and 3.1GGts (4 GHz mode Turbo), respectively, each have 8MB of cache L3, and their heat is at 125W. Model FX-6100 is clocked at 3.3GGts (3.9GGts mode Turbo) and a 95W heat (also available in 8MB of cache memory Level 3).
All FX Series processors offer an unlocked multiplier and support work with motherboards AM3 +.
