In addition to several already announced cameras, Sony has announced its new Full HD-Camcorder NEX-VG20. His predecessor, NEX-VG10, was the first consumer model with interchangeable lenses. The latest version has more manual controls, improved ergonomics, better quality of picture and sound.
NEX-VG20 can shoot Full HD-AVCHD video at 24 fps and 60 fps. The footage can then be edited in Cinema Tone Gamma and Cinema Tone Color. The camcorder uses 16.1-megapixel sensor and RAW-format.
3-inch LCD-display technology Xtra Fine TruBlack provides clear reproduction of high contrast images and the viewing angle 270 degrees. The camcorder has a built-in microphone Quad Capsule Spatial Array with support for 5.1-channel sound, objective SEL18200 f3.5-6.3 E and bayonet adapter for Sony A-class.
Sony NEX-VG20 go on sale in November at a price of $ 2199. Itself "bird" separately would cost $ 1599.
