Rob Murray of Firemonkeys presented at the conference EA Summer Showcase 2012 the first trailer for the continuation of the best racing series on mobile devices - Real Racing 3.

The first part of the simulator for the iPhone came out in 2009, and the second - is now available for iPhone, iPad and Android-Gadget. Play in the third series, the visual component that will amaze even the most demanding gamers, users will be able to all popular mobile systems - iOS, Android and Windows Phone - later this year.

According to the developers, Real Racing 3 will be real racing tracks, including Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Silverstone, and realistic cars such as Porsche, Audi and Dodge. The developers point out that while on the track will be up to 22 machines, that is expected spectacular.

Smart cover for the iPad will receive a flexible touch screen

United States Patent and Trademark Office announced a new U.S. patent for Apple, which sheds light on the prospects of a popular accessory for the iPad. Based on published information, Cupertino maker expects to make the cover of Smart Cover is not just a passive element in the device, as part of the design of high-tech "apple" Tablet PC.

 

The original accessory,  presented in conjunction with iPad 2 , protects the screen from damage, while maintaining the shape of the tablet, and can easily be transformed into a convenient stand for typing or watching video.

As planned by the developers of Apple, Smart Cover will receive second-generation touch-sensitive surface, located on the inner part of the enhancement. If you find a tablet on a table in the upright position the cover can act as a virtual keyboard.

 

In addition, at least one of the four parts of the artwork will be touch screen, transmitting background information: the number of messages, emails, etc. The device will be powered and communicate with a gadget with a special connector on one of the side faces of the iPad.

I must say that the idea of ​​Apple more than worthy, but it could be years before the company will release a working version of this device.
