Without warning, as often happens, the Beta Labs have updated yesterday Nokia synchronization software links.
The release is numbered 1.2.388.3317, introduces several new tools and confirms compatibility with Windows 32-bit & 7/Vista/XP 64-bit Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and Mac OS X Lion. Changelog below.
- Symbian phones should now be compatible with Nokia Links
- With Windows XP in some cases when you close the software can exit the pop-up "DpEngine.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" (bugs being worked on)
- Link Nokia is not autoplay when you connect the Nokia N9
- Notification of first use shows how to do the backup and restore
- Nokia link shows all the files copied media, although these have been removed recently from the phone
