Great news for all users and especially the owners of Android Tegra devices.
We can officially confirm and preview, Jelly Bean, which uses the new 3.1 kernel and this is also used by Nvidia Tegra 3with SoC. So news that opens the doors of hope for many users and developers. Nvidia has finally integrated support for the new kernel and not only is the new 3.1.
