According to Sabine Lyuvald, she signed with Apple agreement
that photo of her eyes, called "Eye Closeup"allowed to be used only as a
layout. Typically these images are distributed in low resolution and are
protected from use in advertising or for any publicity watermark. That is of no
commercial application photos speech was not. Apple is actively using the eye
icon in the advertising laptops, including the company's official website.
