The proprietor of the eyes with posters MacBook Pro sues Apple

Only Apple has solved problems with the Swiss railway clock because of the design of "OSes" for the iPad, as the country of chocolate heard new complaints. Swiss photographer sued the American corporation, accusing it of illegally using the image in the eyes of advertising 15-inch MacBook Pro with the display Retina.


According to Sabine Lyuvald, she signed with Apple agreement that photo of her eyes, called "Eye Closeup"allowed to be used only as a layout. Typically these images are distributed in low resolution and are protected from use in advertising or for any publicity watermark. That is of no commercial application photos speech was not. Apple is actively using the eye icon in the advertising laptops, including the company's official website.
