Galaxy Nexus suspended in America: a fix coming back for sale

In those days there were many struggles for the patents that have seen many companies involved with Apple, Samsung, Google, HTC and Nokia protagonists in various sectors and always refer to the market of smartphones and Tablet. Although in general and all-cause preliminary turning into a stalemate, this time Apple has won a battle. In America the Galaxy Nexus has in fact been suspended from sale and Play Store now shows the message notification of availability.

 

The reason for the temporary ban is related to a patent for the unique interface of the universal search (ironic that Google, the search giant, see ban a device just because of the integrated universal search).

Fortunately, soon to be released a small software update that will allow Google and Samsung to resume sales on American soil. Remains a difficult and unpleasant that of patents, regardless of brand or manufacturer. In America in fact the "patents" are often granted too easily and consequences are then reflected on consumers and causes of multimillionaires who have not always true and real conclusion.
