Sony PS Vita browser will not support Flash

According to Japanese publication Weekly Famitsu, the Web browser installed on the PlayStation Vita , portable game console, the next generation will not work with the standard Adobe Flash . The program will be supported only cookies, JavaScript 1.7 and HTML5. Flash Game Archive and in this list are not available.

Not surprisingly, the portable game console will go on sale without a Flash-support, after all, Sony PSP it never had even a year after release. If this happens, it will likely be implemented in software and hardware.

Presented at E3 2011, PlayStation Vita is equipped with a 5-inch touchscreen display, an additional touchpad, two cameras, two analog joysticks, GPS, Bluetooth and WiFi. In Japan, the console preloaded with 26 games will be on December 17, while in Asia and Europe no earlier than Feb. 22.
