Updated version of the Privacy Policy and the Rules was
submitted Instagram administration last week, but then was called back because
of a negative reaction audience. Great dissatisfaction among users was the fact
that the new version of the agreement, in effect, transfers all rights to
photos published by the audience application management service. This not only
led to a collective legal action, but also forced many to abandon its
application, making the audience Instagram decreased compared to last week.
In addition, the plaintiffs argue, Instagram is also trying
to secure protection from future legal proceedings, prohibiting people to challenge
the new provisions of the agreement with the service through the courts. A
representative of the company has not given any official comments on the
matter.
Recall Friday Instagram released a new version of a mobile
client for iOS, which was added localization for 25 languages.
