British bank Barclays has bought 8500 iPad to improve customer service

Bank of UK Barclays Bank, one of the largest in the UK and the world of financial conglomerates, has purchased more than 8,500 iPad tablets for their employees. Using these high-tech devices, the company expects to more productively interact with customers better service.

 

This news may be a big surprise to Microsoft, which on October 26 began selling its own tablet, managed by the operating system Windows RT.

We looked at several options in the marketplace, plates and concluded that the iPad - the best solution to meet the specific needs of employees in the banking sector. We intend to distribute the device in several branches of Barclays in the UK, - said the representative of Barclays.

Despite the best efforts of Microsoft to make their own decisions in the attractive business environment, companies are mostly purchased iPad. And only a few prefer tablets to Windows.
