In 2009 I applied for a patent for the currently noted
notification bar of android. a number of years when Apple introduced its
"notification center" and currently has seen fit do constant thing:
raise the patent.
The notifications Android, although there has been enriched
over time, have remained virtually the same, especially in the method of use
and interaction, or a swipe down from the status bar higher. The version of
Apple behaves substantially in a similar manner, with obvious aesthetic
differences aside, due mostly to the presence of small widget inside it, and to
the possibility of also receiving pop-up notifications.
How is it then that two patents essentially very similar
could live we do not know (but if you already have the solution to the apple
does not violate the Mountain View, anything is possible), as it is not obvious
that this is a prelude to a cause he's ridiculous and that I really do not
imagine there not so likely to be achieved, given that the dates of the patents
are all on the side of Google.
No scaremongering in short, the most of the comforting
realization that for once Apple came in second in the race to the patent. And
we hope that this is really all there is to say about it.
